The location was CENTRAL. I was able to walk to many attractions and public transport was close. The staff greeted me warmly. They were always ready to help with directions or recommendations. My room was lovely and had nice AMENITIES.
I found the room a bit small, and there wasn't much space for my belongings.

The reception offered prompt assistance with luggage storage and provided clear instructions for nearby attractions. Staff also arranged a taxi to the airport. I appreciated their efficiency. They were helpful!

the breakfast had a good variety. dedicated people prepared it. plenty leisure areas were available. care for detail was apparent.
noise bothered me. the hotel is loud. rooms are primarily on the first floor. i heard the kitchen below for the restaurant next door preparing food.

the breakfast was really good with varied options i enjoyed the live piano music during breakfast it felt special the lounge provided complimentary wine water and cookies with a cute space i also appreciated the in-room coffee machine for convenience
the walls were a bit thin i could hear some noise from neighboring rooms but it didn't significantly affect my stay
